I have worked with hundreds of schools and learning organizations as a speaker, facilitator, and strategic advisor. I am also available for six and 12-month retainer agreements to support ongoing, as-needed coaching and consultation. In all of my work, I prioritize active, collaborative learning that empowers people to surface good ideas and make strategic decisions.

Facilitation
I facilitate retreats and workshops, both in-person and online. My style is human-centered and fun, with a focus on visible thinking, collaborative protocols, and hands-on learning. I co-design agendas with clients, prepare playlists for ongoing learning, and include post-session opportunities for debriefing and recommendations.

Strategic Program Design
I support schools in designing and implementing strategic academic initiatives. I have years of experience in student-centered pedagogy and assessment, and my work with schools weaves together research-based ideas, generative thinking, and human-centered change management.

Learner-Centered Pedagogy and Assessment
I lead workshops and lead professional learning cohorts on learner-centered assessment, specifically as it relates to developing student agency. My approach is project-based and job-embedded: I ask teachers to identify an opportunity for a learner-centered shift in their practice and/or curriculum, then we collaborate on a design to test and iterate. I most often work with cohorts of teachers over a semester or year to support ongoing learning, feedback, and practice.
